Processing Time

Please allow up to 7 business days for ready made lanyards and jewelry to be
personalised and dispatched and up to
14 days for custom designed lanyards to be created and dispatched. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been sent, including tracking details where available.

Standard Shipping Within Australia

Standard shipping is available
Australia-wide for $14 ‍ Orders are sent using Australia Post.
Delivery timeframes begin after your order has been made and dispatched.

International Shipping

International shipping is available, International delivery times vary depending on the destination, customs processing and local postal services. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges that may apply. Please get in contact via the contact page if you are buying from outside Australia and we will let you know the price of shipping according to the destination.
