Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for exchange or refund.

We make our pieces seriously strong, and we’re confident they’re made to last but life happens.

If your Soleil lanyard or necklace ever breaks, we’ll restring it for free for you.
