Change of Mind

As each piece is personalised and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for Change of mind, incorrect colour choice, incorrect personalisation provided at checkout or general wear and tear. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email us at soleildesignedtoshine@gmail.com
with your order number, a description
of the issue, clear photos of the item and packaging (if applicable) If the item is found to have a manufacturing fault or was damaged during transit, we will repair, replace or refund the item in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
